Pollo Mania, nestled in El Monte, California, impresses with its authentic Peruvian cuisine, particularly its rotisserie chicken. Customers rave about the options available, from a quarter to a whole chicken, all perfectly grilled and imbued with traditional flavors. Reviewers like JayR Trvlr highlight the generous portions, making it a hearty meal suitable for any occasion. The Caldo De Pollo, a rich chicken soup served with rice and an array of vegetables, is another standout dish that garners praise for its comforting taste and hearty servings. Priced reasonably, it appeals to both solo diners and families, as Gary Yeung mentions — a two-whole chicken combo with sides can easily feed several adults, making it ideal for gatherings. Beyond the food, the service is consistently noted as top-notch. Jesse Diaz appreciates the reliable quality, while Erwin Miciano found a new favorite drink in Chicha Morada, described likably as tasting like bubble gum. Whether you’re looking for a quick pick-up or catering for an event, Pollo Mania delivers with swift service and accurate orders. For anyone craving flavorful, traditional Peruvian fare in a warm, welcoming environment, Pollo Mania stands out as a must-visit destination.

Ate here after i was recommened by a used car dealer. One of the few things i can say the car dealer was right about. Kola Inc was interesting too. Tasted like bubble gum

We go there once in a while. The food and service are always top notch. Great flavor. Consistent. Prices are reasonable, I think, for what you get. It's hard to find good food in the area. They also catered a small party of about 20 people. They did a great job

Excellent grilled chicken, combos to choose, 1/2 chicken and whole chicken delicious big pieces a hearty meal at any time! Traditional Peruvian style! They have many options on sizes and on sides from rice, beans, salad. Bowls or tray portions. If you call to place an order for pick up they’ll not make you wait much and you’re order will be always right! My family and I enjoyed the 2 whole chickens with sides of cole slaw and hot French fries

This place is the best. My company gets this for company lunch at least once or twice a month and everytime it’s a hit. Two whole chicken combo with 2 sides will feed 5-6 adults with plenty of left overs. The chimmichuri and aji is my go to sauces and the rice and beans are amazing. If you’re nearby, skip el pollo loco and walk across the parking lot for the best Peruvian rotisserie chicken in town.

Best Peruvian chicken place in South El Monte. My go to spot for buying company lunch. The chimichuri is super good with the rice and beans. The chicken is always delicious.

Ordered 2 whole chickens with 4 sides and a large salad with ranch. Tortillas included. Asked for all the salsas, which is 3 different types. Each chicken was cut and put in a container. We got two large rice, 1 beans and 1 coleslaw. Overall, the chicken was tasty and juicy. Btw, you can see the chicken being roasted via wood logs and not gas burners, which added flavor. The rice, beans, and tortillas were on point. The salsas were good. I never got to the salad, but it was your standard iceberg lettuce. All that fed 5 adults and 4 kids with leftovers. I recommend giving this place a try. I will be back when I have a rotisserie chicken kick and need to feed the entire family for well under a Ben.
